Delivery Policy
At Phone Prix, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Our delivery process is as follows:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Delivery Conditions:
- We deliver across Spain.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used accessories such as screen protectors and earphones.
Items with physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Software or digital products.
Return Process:
Contact our support team at sales@phoneprix.com with your order details.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
